Shanice is a certified CCMP™ Change Management Practitioner and PRINCE2® Project Manager, passionate about the future of work, business agility and ability to adapt to IT-led business change. She has over 8 years’ experience supporting the implementation of large-scale organisation transformational change programmes in the Energy & Utilities Industry, promoting resilience in capital intensive industries. Shanice’s ability to engage and build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders in both senior and operational roles has strengthened her success in technology-driven organisational change. She has experience implementing a variety of solutions to up to 120K users globally, these have included MS dynamics, MS Office 365, Unified Endpoint Management solutions, IBM Maximo, Arc GIS and SAP.
